Nomageddon Interactive LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates mobile games and this website (collectively, "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use any of our Services. This policy applies to all games published by Nomageddon Interactive LLC, including but not limited to:

• Fear Factory (com.nomageddon.monsterfactory)
• Master Baiter (com.masterbaiter.game)
• Chomp Arena (com.chomparena.game)
• Sudokill Me Softly (com.nomageddon.sudokillmesoftly)

By using any of our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

The types of information we collect depend on which game you play and how you interact with it. Across our games, we may collect the following:

• Google Play Games Profile: When you sign in with Google Play Games Services, we receive your public gamer tag (display name) and a unique player identifier. This is used for leaderboards, achievements, and cloud saves.
• Gameplay Data: Scores, levels reached, achievements unlocked, game statistics, progression data, and other in-game activity. This data is associated with your anonymous player identifier.
• Device Information: Some of our games collect basic device information such as device model, operating system version, and network status. This is used for app functionality and crash diagnostics.
• Usage Data: Anonymous usage statistics including session length, feature usage, and interaction patterns. This helps us improve game quality and performance.
• Advertising Data: In games that display ads (currently Fear Factory and Master Baiter), our advertising partners may collect device advertising identifiers and ad interaction data. See the "Advertising" section below for details.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store: email addresses, real names, physical addresses, payment or financial information, precise location data, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, or any other sensitive personal information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: operate and maintain leaderboards and cloud save functionality; display your gamer tag on public leaderboards; track achievements and game progression; improve game performance, stability, and features; serve advertisements where applicable; and comply with legal obligations.

Data Storage

Game data is stored using the following methods depending on the game:

• Google Firebase Realtime Database: Used for cloud saves, leaderboards, and real-time game data in Chomp Arena, Sudokill Me Softly, and Fear Factory.
• Local Device Storage: All games store some progress data locally on your device. Master Baiter stores game progress primarily on-device. This data is not transmitted to external servers unless cloud save features are used.

All data transmitted between our games and servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

Third-Party Services

Our games integrate with the following third-party services, each of which operates under its own privacy policy:

• Google Play Games Services — Authentication, achievements, leaderboards, and cloud saves. Google Privacy Policy

• Google AdMob — Advertising in select games (see Advertising section below). Google Ads Privacy Policy

Advertising

Some of our games display advertisements through Google AdMob. The following describes our advertising practices:

• Fear Factory: Displays rewarded video ads and interstitial ads. You may be shown personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent preferences.
• Master Baiter: Displays optional rewarded video ads only. These ads are entirely voluntary — you choose to watch them in exchange for in-game rewards.
• Chomp Arena: Does not currently use advertising SDKs or behavioral tracking.
• Sudokill Me Softly: Does not currently use advertising SDKs or behavioral tracking.

Where ads are personalized, Google AdMob may use device advertising identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).

Leaderboards and Public Data

If you participate in leaderboards, your Google Play Games gamer tag and game scores will be publicly visible to other players. This is a core feature of our competitive game modes, including daily and weekly challenges. No other personal information is displayed.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data in the following ways:

• Online Form: Submit a request through our Data Deletion Request page. This is the fastest way to request removal of your data.
• In-App: Some games offer data reset options within their settings menu (e.g., Master Baiter: Settings > "Reset Progress").
• By Email: Contact us at [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your gamer tag and which game(s) you'd like data removed from. We will process your request within 30 days.

Data Retention

Game data (scores, progress, achievements) is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

Our games and Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will promptly delete the information.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures provided by Google Cloud Platform and Firebase to protect your data. All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
• Portability: Request transfer of your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection: Object to processing of your personal data for certain purposes, including direct marketing.

For EEA Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, we process your personal data under the following legal bases: consent (for personalized advertising), legitimate interest (for game operation and improvement), and contractual necessity (for providing the Services). You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, and exercise all rights listed above. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request deletion of your personal information; opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
